Farah Madhat, PharmD, MA

As a pharmacist, I am deeply committed to improving lives through clinical excellence, financial sustainability, and innovation. My extensive experience in strategy and P&L management has allowed me to play a pivotal role in the successful mergers and acquisitions of multiple healthcare organizations. However, my proudest achievements lie in the digital healthcare solutions I’ve created and launched, transforming the pharmacy landscape.

My expertise enables me to empower clinicians in unlocking new revenue streams, embracing direct billing opportunities, and forging lucrative partnerships. I’m on a mission to champion the patient experience and foster connectedness within the healthcare ecosystem.

With leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Target Corporation, PrescribeWellness, Tabula Rasa Healthcare, and Transaction Data Systems under my belt, I hold a PharmD and a master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Commerce from the University of Kentucky. I’ve also studied Product Marketing at Cornell University.

When I step away from the professional realm, I’m a mom who delights in stories. This passion drives my curiosity about diverse foods, cultures, and ideas. You’ll often find me absorbed in a biography or memoir or exploring vintage stores in search of historical gems.

Perry Reed, PhD

I am a media psychologist driven by the desire to help people and organizations leverage media and technology effectively. Across audience engagement, branding, education, messaging, product design, social networking, user experience, and visual communication, I cut through the digital noise to emphasize the underlying human thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I’ve applied my academic training to real-world global problems with nimble start-ups, large public companies, and leading non-profits. Prior to freelance consulting, I held roles as Director of Product Strategy & UI/UX Design at Tabula Rasa Healthcare, Director of Client Experience at PrescribeWellness, and Global Education Manager at Applied Medical.

I have also volunteered with the American Cancer Society for over a decade, advocating for cancer-related legislation and research funding, and steering training and development for the Relay For Life fundraising portfolio. In 2020, I co-founded Original Chameleon to create illustrated children’s books and multimedia stories focused on fire safety.

I completed my doctoral dissertation at Fielding Graduate University, investigating people’s cognitive and emotional responses to AI-generated stories and perceptions of ChatGPT as creative author. I previously received my master’s in Media Psychology from Fielding and bachelor’s in Cognitive Science from UCLA. I have also studied Product Management through Cornell University.

Outside of that, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, telling people that I listen to audiobooks, and running.

Sara Tehrani, MBA

As a visionary transformational leader, I strive to be a positive force for positive change and take pride in supporting individuals on their journeys to reach their highest potential. I have over 20 years of progressive success leading strategy and processes for building teams of top talented professionals with expertise in hiring, training, professional development, and performance management to ensure high performance, engagement, company growth and protect the bottom line.

Before becoming an executive coach, I held consulting and management roles at Kaiser Permanente and PrescribeWellness, dedicating 12 years to improving the healthcare experience. At Taco Bell Headquarters, I oversaw the Voice of the Customer program and launched their social media presence. Currently, I serve as Chief Strategy Officer for an accounting firm to provide financial oversight and champion positive culture and innovation in a historically traditional industry.

I also have a fiery passion for service. By serving in our local communities, we contribute to the global force for good. To this end, I serve on the Board of Directors for my city’s master landscape association, and I am Treasurer for my children’s PTA. As health and wellness are at the heart of most everything I do, I also sit on the board of a non-profit organization for mental health services and outreach in underserved communities.

I don’t believe in “free time” because I instill it in my life regularly. With that said, you can often find me working on my garden with my children or rehabilitating a plant for a friend. I also love cycling, hot yoga, hiking with my dogs, audible and real books, and continuously connecting with people.
